  • Recruitment / Selection Testing (in line with the Labour Relations Act) - requirements may include skills tests, ranging from computer proficiency to electrical installation skills, to accounting and bookkeeping, ability to manage complexity and learn new skills, integrity when dealing with finances / confidential matters, and work motivation and ambition. Sales potential and aptitude are commonly assessed.
